Discounts.
Cleaning fee of $150 on stays of less than 7 nights. Pool & Spa
heat is $25 per night or $150 per week--Recommended October thru
March. If you wish to heat the Spa only rate is $13 per night or
$90 per week. Baby items including compact size quality crib,
pack'n play with changer, high chair, 2 booster seats, 4 bed rails,
stair gate for installation at top or bottom of staircase, and
stroller are available free of charge.
Barbecue grill available for rent through Management Company.
Non-smoking and no animals or pets allowed.
Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club,
Discover, Bank Checks, and Personal Checks are accepted (except
when booking within 12 weeks of arrival)
A security deposit in the amount of $350 is required. Security
deposits will be returned in full in 7-14 days of departure
providing there is no damage to the property.
Fees:
Tax Rate: 13% (6% Sales & 7% Tourist Tax)
Exit Cleaning Fee: $150 if less than 7 day stay. |
