Please contact us for gap discounts.
- Pool & Spa heat is $25 per night or $150 per week. Recommended October thru May.
- If you wish to heat the Spa Only, the rate is $13 per night or $90 per week (recommended for summer months).
- Exit cleaning fee of $150 charged on stays of less than 7 nights.
- FREE baby items include: Hotel Quality compact size crib, pack 'n' play with changer, high chair, 2 booster seats, 4 bed rails, stairway gate for installation at the top or bottom of staircase, strollers available free of charge.
- Outdoor electric BBQ Grill provided at no charge.
- Our management company is available to assist you during your stay at our villa. Please contact them directly while in Florida using the contact info provided in your villa.
- Non-Smoking & No Animals or Pets Allowed.
- Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club,
Discover, Wire Transfers (Domestic & International), Bank Checks and Personal Checks are accepted (except
when booking within 12 weeks of arrival) are accepted.
- A reservation deposit of 20% of the rental fee is required. Security deposits will be returned in full after 7-14 days of departure provided that there is nothing missing and no damage has been made to the property.
- When ready to reserve your dates, simply request us to send you our "Rental Agreement" and "Terms & Conditions of Booking" documents.
